Kevin has been working in the industry for 30 years and is well experienced in all construction phases. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in estimating, scheduling, purchasing
Kevin has spent many years volunteering for relief work and gained a vast amount of knowledge during his training to rebuild properties due to disasters. He expanded on that knowledge when he joined the family business in 2005.
Since then, he has completed diverse projects such as medical offices, commercial build-outs, and historic residential renovations while volunteering to help those in need.
Corey has over 30 years of experience, previously owning his own construction business. He has a broad background, including design-build, new construction, remodeling, and restoration.
He joined the company in 2010 with the intent of focusing and expanding on commercial construction. With his vast expertise in the construction field, he excels in finding ways to execute what cat times may seem daunting.
His ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with a strong client relationship, has been an asset to KC Construction & Paint. Corey has also, when able, volunteered to help in relief work along with his brothers.
Aubrey Richardson (Palazzo)
Aubrey has 7+ years of experience in back-office administration. She started working in the family business when she was just 15, coming in a few hours once a week to assist the office
manager with minor administrative work.
After graduating from high school, she began working part-time, learning all aspects of the "back office." She quickly realized that she had a love for bookkeeping and her expertise has grown
throughout the years to include A/R, A/P, and client relations.
She also has mastered and received her certification for QuickBooks.
Angelita has over 40 years' experience. She started her bookkeeping journey during her last year of high school when an elective class turned out to be her passion and caused her to pursue an education in this field.
In 1983 she married and started working in her husband's family business, Ace Hardware. It is there that she not only did the bookkeeping but learned all office administration and Human Resources.
Her family moved to Georgia in 2005, and in 2006 she was asked by longtime friend and owner
of KC Construction & Paint to join the company and bring her expertise in handling all aspects of office administration. She is enjoying her 14th year of being with the company.
Jenna Brown (Palazzo)
Jenna has 7+ years of experience in painting and construction. During her high school years, she was trained as a Cosmetologist and graduated with her cosmetology license.
Wanting to learn other skills, she began working in the field for KC in 2013 right after high school graduation. Doing so allowed her to benefit from her father and uncles' experience, who had been in the trade for many years.
She and her husband (who works in HVAC) are thankful that they have now been able to use
these construction skills in volunteer work. Although she is fond of doing haircutting on the side, she has been excited to continue as a part-time worker for the family business over the years.
Amanda started working for the company at the same time as her husband Kevin did in 2005.
She has always enjoyed working side by side with him as a team.
She has been an invaluable asset to the company, doing whatever was needed on the jobs at the time. Amanda likes to spend her time working alongside Kevin in the company and joining him in relief work, where she also gained vast experience in the construction field. However, her most important goal has always been to teach others about God locally and in other countries.
